Why Insieme?

Drinking good wine is an art. Insieme is the art of drinking good wine. Insieme Wine was born four years ago in Tuscany’s vineyards: a wonderful place where a wine can come to life, because some of the best wines in the world are produced here. Strenght, power, aroma: Insieme Wine is a deep feeling.

As the italian word says, Insieme is a wine made to drink “together”:  together with family, together with friends, together with life. No matter if you are an expert taster or a simple wine lover: Insieme Wine is for everyone who wants to drink a good glass of red wine…together.

Insieme Wine IGT Toscana

This wine is made by a careful selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes. After a long fermentation in oak vats, the wine is moved into French oak barrels for about 16 months until maturity. The wine continues its aging in bottle for at least 10 months.

Our Enologist

Paolo Marchi is our enologist. Born in 1976, he earned his degrees as agronomist and oenologist with top honours. From the early days of his illustrious career, he exhibited uncommon technical prowess and a high viticultural-enological sensitivity. Over the years, Paolo acquired enormous field experience, collaborating with renowned Tuscan vineyards and wineries, which attest to the extraordinary success of Tuscany’s winemaking. As a professional and consultant since 2008, he crafts wines of great personality, exalting their finesse and elegance. For it is indeed from his finely attuned skills, but even more so from his sensitive palate that multi-award winning wines emerge to dominate major international rankings every year. This remarkable enologist invariably leads with the company’s personality and style, risking his reputation with every new initiative, whilst meeting the expectations and the winemaking philosophy of his clients. Last but not least, his sartorial approach to winemaking sees him “sewing” together bespoke enological projects, stepping elegantly back to avoid invasive interferences, whilst enhancing and amplifying the distinctive quality features of each territory.
